Thanks for the excellent machine. We were happy to get the machine delivered and installed. The set-up looked like it was a snap. They had the box opened and the machine set-up within 15 minutes and it worked as promised. We were missing the chest strap and got one the very next day, seemed it slipped out of the box. It works great and what I like the best is the actual size, it is wide and long enough for my 4-6MPH walks and boy is it quiet. We were told that this was due to the way RedZone handles the power on the board (whatever that means). We are very happy and thank you.
