Thanks for your email of encouragement. I just wanted to drop you a not to tell you that we are IN absolute awe with our treadmill. You hit the nail on the head when you said that this little tread is a tank. We bought it from your dealer here in Vancouver and I am so impressed. It has been about 4 months now and we use it EVERY day. It's wonderful. Our fitness level has increased and we cannot wait to go outside to show off our new shapes. Thanks again for your email and don't worry we have called and emailed everyone about how excellent this is.
