Thank you for the call, I understand you are overseas yet you called me when you saw the registration on-line. In June we bought a T55i.

We appreciate it very much and thank you for explaining how the heart rate algorithm works. That made more sense because in the manual it basically only touches on it. Although I guess I would have figured it out anyway. The machine has been amazing and we are super excited with this purchase. I particularly am impressed with the shock system and how I don't get the back pain and knee pains that I get at the gym. We decided to stop going to the gym since the machines were too big and they were causing some joint pain. The T55i is just the right size for us, I run and my husband walks. The fact that they raise to 15% elevation is a bonus. Keep up the great work and thanks again for the call. I am impressed.
