Boy was I impressed with your call. You own the company and you actually call end users to see if they were happy with their purchase decision? Well, I am. At first I was not too excited since you know the machine that was delivered seemed to be a floor model. I thank you for the offer of a $200.00 credit but it is not necessary. The machine is absolutely amazing. My wife and I and the 2 kids are always on this machine and it is wonderful. At first my wife was concerned with the size of the unit, but since it does fold out of the way we can do whatever. And, how in the world did you make it able to move easily even though it is over 300lbs?
