Ok Ok....so it is amazing. Is that what you wanted me to write to you? Well, it simply is. This is an incredible machine. And thank you for your customer service. We did have an issue with a bearing squeak that was taken care of within days. My wife is always on this machine. I love the 'heart rate zone' program and cannot believe how much you have been able to pack into a machine at this price. We have been shopping for 2 months and this is BY FAR the best value for the money we have been able to find. Oh, and, I love that blue car you have, very cool!
