Thank you for sending us the machine. The T55i is an excellent addition to the family. Although we live in a large apartment in the city, the gym room is rather small. An unused bedroom. My first concern was for the weight of my husband. He weighs a tad over 300lbs which he is determined to drop down to a svelte 220. Obviously food and exercise are in the plans. When we tried the machine at the local dealer they only had the T56i but we wanted the shorter one for space reasons. So they needed to order direct and we had it shipped to our place. We set it up ourselves ( I know you don't recommend it), but the assembly instruction on your site were excellent and we were up and running in 30 minutes.

Impressed a lot with the weight of the machine, it is over 200lbs and sturdy under his foot. We use it every day and it's been over a month now and I just wanted to thank you for such a great machine and such a great price. We are very happy and Dave is determined to lose his weight.
